Confirmed victory

As residents of Westwood, we are signing today to let Cincinnati know we are taking back our neighborhood.  For too long, the largest neighborhood in our great City has been publicly identified by the negative statements of a few disgruntled, racially insensitive, and regressive individuals.  This stops today.  We welcome allies in Cincinnati to join their voices with Westwood residents.

Westwood is the largest and most diverse community in this area.  Our collective values make up a place where all people are welcome regardless of gender, race, economic status, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, and other characteristics that some would use to divide us.

The community of Westwood is not the place that has been characterized by a few short-sighted individuals.  Westwood is a place where everyone is welcomed for who they are and is free from disenfranchisement and bigotry.  We, the undersigned, stand collectively in support of civil discourse, inclusion, tolerance, and effective representation.
