In 2016 our lives were completely shattered. We lost a beautiful person, Ashley Mabbott, to suicide, which could not have been any more devastating. Before Ashley left us, he was petitioning to have a skate park but nothing ever came of it. I have started this petition asking Nottingham County Council to honour Ashley’s life with the building of a skatepark in Broxtowe Country Park. 

Ashley Mabbott was kind, loving and the most caring person anybody could have had the pleasure of knowing. 

Our aim is to have the skatepark built but also to raise awareness about mental health and suicide. Please sign and share widely to commemorate the wonderful Ashley Mabbott with the skatepark he always wanted.
