Damione Brock was sentenced 81.5 years life no parole stemming from an illegal traffic stop in Caddo Parish Louisiana. Shreveport Sheriff deputy Purgerson and a ride along jailer EJ Parker pulled Damione over on a dark country road lead by a caddo correctional jailer on 7/18/2009. First, the jailer told Damione he didn’t dim his lights, then stated he was speeding doing 65 in a 55. They asked for license, insurance and registration which all came back valid via dispatch. Strangely, the jailer and deputy announced to Damione he had a warrant in Shreveport for no insurance DUS no insurance after license information was verified valid. The jailer did not call in the headquarters to see the date of warrant or check to see if it was a mistake and proceeded to arrest Damione after he continually stated he doesn’t have warrant and the information is incorrect. After patting Damione down and detaining him in police car, they began to search his car finding nothing. Another deputy arrives on scene and comes to Damione ,who is in the back of police car, tell the others to remove his shoes while on the side of the road. The deputies stated allegedly they found three bags of cocaine in his shoes 186grams total. After 1 years the court finally produced warrant from 1999 and was not even signed by judge. The warrant had court time stamp for 8/6/2010 and created 8/4/2010. The police footage has been altered from that night and we a current seeking the original police footage that was checked out by Judge Marcotte and never returned. Forensic expert will analyze and prove the corruption in Shreveport Louisiana. Let justice be done.
