Per the guidelines of the Geneva Convention on "War Crimes" and "Crimes Against Humanity".

The Imperial Knight's and Dame of the Holy Grail, a Human Right's organization, request that the Chief Prosecutor I.C.C. of the Hague, His Excellency, Karim Ahmad Khan and or corresponding bodies of the Geneva Convention, investigate the surviving perpetrators of the My Lai Massacre in the  Republic of  Vietnam on March 16,1968.

The perpetrators being U.S. Military Officer's, G.I. Personnel, U.S. Military Intelligence, U.S. (C.I.A.) Operatives and South Vietnamese Military personnel.

For War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity against unarmed innocent civilians: women, children, infants and the elderly.

An incident that has been well documented from mounting evidence and surviving witness testimony, that has been censored and concealed by the U.S. Government, U.S. Intelligence Corps and or the Pentagon.

The Convention on the Non-applicability of Statutory Limitations to War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity, was adopted by the UN’s General Assembly in November of 1968 and went into effect in November of 1980.

The document states that there is no statute of limitations on war crimes (as defined by Charter of the Nuremburg International Military Tribunal of 1945) or crimes against humanity (as defined by the Nuremburg International Military Tribunal and the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide).

This means that a perpetrator of these crimes can be charged at any time no matter how long it has been since the act was committed. It also states that state parties will do all they can to help extradite and bring the criminals to justice when indicted, despite whatever rank they might be in the political, military or social spher.
