UPDATING 2023 September 15

I am a Stateless Citizen without the formal designation of that status. I have had no passport and no visa for over 3 years. This is a Legal Hell engineered by the Trudeau government to punish me for criticizing ONE man, one government, in one country.

I was working in Asia as an ESL and art teacher, and came to Hong Kong to have my passport renewed.  I had had 4 passports done there before.

2018 Late January, I had my guarantor, Bryan Beaton helped

2018 February 6, I went to the Canada Consul and asked for help, passport expired February 12. Woman shockingly rude, and a liar, "You have to show me you are a Hong Kong citizen, don't come back as you won't get past the security at the door."

2018 April, a nation wide American radio show reaching millions of viewers reached out to me for a long interview on my 2 part book criticizing Justin Trudeau and his government as dangerous. I was working on this earlier in the year when the troubles began.

2018 Late April, early May until May 5, Three broadcasts were made of my American radio show, reaching millions of Americans and a few Canadians according to my helpful host.

2018 May 16 - 18, I begin major problems with a second government, as I am charged with Visa Overstay, and begin a long struggle to remain free of that stigma. I struggle successfully with great courage as a woman alone to avoid Standard Mandatory Strip Searches*, practiced on women entering both police stations and courthouses. A lawyer comes later AFTER my struggle. He is a good man, a young British Chinese.

I read this is done on ALL, yet I do not hear of it ever applied to a stockbroker, bit coin dealer, Corporate Wife, etc. (I do not want to criticize the police or the Immigration Dept. as the root of this humiliation.  The Consulates and Embassies as passport/visa experts know full well where it is done.)

This is KEY Info, as the PsyOp terror of these clothes removals, the four hands teaching for plastic gloves, the cameras in all the rooms allowing others in the building to witness, or aid if the lower-income or Asian or black female struggles....STOPPED me from ever picketing the Canada Consul offices, which would have brought me some compassion from local television news watchers. Or at least a chain of publicity leading to more aid.

Three applications have been made for the passport. Naive locals keep saying, turn to the Consulate for aid, though they are the root of the hell. It is not a bureaucratic problem.  The refusal parallels to the month my books publication.

2019 January 3 Finally, I was cleared of the charges, by a wise older man, a Chinese judge, who treated me with great respect. It was a miracle. My second barrister was a fine one.

Only ONE condition. that I quickly obtain my passport to have the visa stamp put in it. I made 4 trips to the office with a witness, and they played games again, "The passport is on its way."  They defied a Kowloon court order to give me the passport by January 28 2019.  In fall of 2019 my troubles began again, being told I was a Visa Overstay case. A second time.  I had had no second visa to overstay, so this was Double Jeopardy.  Blame the Victim.

Legal aid is only for those defending themselves.  I am the plaintiff and I need to bring a charge. I was lied to by a Canada Consulate agent and told to pick up my passport at the Immigration area in early 2020, there was no passport.

In a nutshell, no fear is installed in these people. They operate unseen, no names, while they have all our information. In Hong Kong they have the 5 Eyes Network, very strong, in case of war over Taiwan breaking out.  The 5 "democracies" need his support as WW3 approaches.

I want a country. It is my right under international law.

I need a barrister to give me a court hearing  just to show two other governments, Hong Kong municipal, and China, federal, that I am not accepting blame for this criminality against me.

I want Canadian men and women to know how Trudeau uses the terror of the strip searches on a Canadian, with no criminal record, drug free, just as women back in our Canada are terrorized. To shut me up, to punish me for being an intelligent, strong, brave person - who fought for others all her life.

I need to be able to buy food.  I have Pariah or Social Leper status with money given to other migrants, small monthly cash payouts, while I get no aid at all. I have no ID to rent, and people are trying to send money. I have no ID to receive.

I need to be free of endless govt. appointments. I have had 7 courthouse days, and the last with the good judge, whose ruling was disobeyed by the Canada Government, not me. My documents saying, Respect the courts, are all ignored. These appointments are in sometimes in buildings where the strip searches happen.
