Hello my name is Amy Landsiedel, 

If you are reading this that means you have the power to help me. I was born December 6 1978 in the United States of America.In 2017 I was kidnapped and brought into Canada against my will by my ex-fiance.Who by that point had sold for sex and drugs repeatedly. I was beaten severely with a baseball bat, drugged, and tied up at several points during that time for not following the rules (his demands of me) in our "relationship". In August of 2017 I ran from him, I ran for my life. I hid on streets and found the homeless shelter in Calgary. I stayed there for a day or two and met a guy that said he would help his name was Shaynne but he went by Shay .That night Shay took me to a friend's house and introduced me to Gary Landsiedel and Jodie Stretch. Gary and I spoke at length about his daughter Marissa who was 5 at the time, about his relationship with Jodie Stretch (Marissa's mother) and Gary's roommate. As Rissa is autistic  they tried to co-parent in the same home  for her Benefit. Gary had said he needed a babysitter for rissa so Jodie Stretch could get a job and help with the house debt. He offered me a trade. I babysit for free room and board in the home. After some time Gary and I started dating and became a couple. Since then My ex has come back across the border illegally more than three times with the intent to find me. I know this as he was flaged by police at the homeless shelter I stayed at in Calgary. Once while trying to locate me he found Shay sadly and assaulted him with a bat. The fear of this man and the fact he wouldn't stop tracking me was part of why Gary and I moved to Kelowna BC. In 2018 Gary and I welcomed our daughter Braelynn hope born in Calgary Alberta. It was then due to my ex's constant harrissment we agreed that we did not feel safe in Calgary anymore. Gary and I have now been together for three years he is now my common law husband. On December 6 th 2018 I found myself again with child.We get good news soon after my husband tells me we are offered an amazing opportunity in Kelowna BC.  So feeling this would be a great opportunity and safer then Calgary. We moved in January of 2019. On July 28 th 2019 we welcomed our second daughter Sherrie Amour faith.  Now I want you all to know I live for my girls. They are my world .

Canada says I'm inadmissible due to my past (most of wich centers around the time when I was in that toxic relationship). Yes I admit I have made some mistakes in my past but I know if I am made to go back he will find me he will hunt me and he will kill me. The courts say I have no choice but to leave my Canadian children with there Daddy my husband and go back to a VERY uncertain and unstable situation. Please I'm begging for your help .. please please let me be there to raise my girls and help them grow up in a family that just wants be together. Please help my family stay a family.
