DEMAND:

Require a single named case-owner/navigator including phone/email of his/her supervisor of each and every dispute on eligibility/billings healthcare-related cases originated in California by all insurance/hospital/clinics/healthcare related facilities. 

WHY: 

Thousands of medical cases are delayed and/or denied because NO ONE representative is held accountable for starting, reviewing, and closing the case in a timely manner. This means NO ONE is responsible for the outcome of the case despite their best intentions. This means a challenging case will simply faded away because the callers will simply wore out from the endless loop of call-transfer and quickly defeated by the myriad of bureaucracy.
