My brother, animal lover, and beloved SPCA veterinarian, Dr. Natheem Jacobs was brutally murdered, at just 27 years old, by a thief who was trying to steal his wife's wheels, on 2 March 2023. The alleged suspect, Javon Williams is seeking bail.

Natheem was a beloved family man, passionate vet, and community person who had just joined the SPCA. We are saddened by his life being stolen at such a young age and invite you all to sign this petition to make sure justice is served.

Please join our community in earnestly opposing the granting of bail to Javon Williams. It is our firm belief that Javon poses a significant flight risk and represents a direct danger to society.
