Noxious odors in neighborhood ongoing night and day for several years! Landfill odors are permeating our homes schools and parks. We are unable to open windows and enjoy our yards and children are not able to play on school grounds on numerous days due to odors. Some people are becoming sick due to the stench . We are concerned neighbors with the constant intrusion into our quiet enjoyment of our homes and neighborhood.
