The David Cassidy Legacy Group of Great Britain has been campaigning form the beginning of the launch of the music walk of fame . An email contact and correspondence was established. 
It was decided that instead of being bombarded with emails , a petition would be the best way to let the committee know of how many David Cassidy fans would like David to have this accolade.

Since November 2019 we have campaigned tirelessly.
