Chad Du Plessis, was murdered on the 5th December 2020 on Dennegeur Avenue in Strandfontein.

They were arrested shortly after the murder and Mitchell's Plain Court granted them each R3000 bail,
Whilst the Du Plessis Family had to deal with the loss of their son.

The duo appears at Mitchell's Plain court on 3rd April 2023 to have their bail relaxed.

We do not want them in Strandfontein. 
They should have been relaxing in prison for taking his life.
We appeal to the magistrate at Mitchell's Plain court to NOT grant their appeal to have their bail relaxed. 

WE ARE SAYING, NO!! 
WE DONT WANT THEM IN OUR COMMUNITY.

We calling on Strandfontein residents to rally behind this petition to oppose their appeal to have their bail relaxed. 
We want to submit this petition to the court before they appear.
