I would like to pass a law that will punish the owners that enforce animal cruelty where it hurts them the most, in their wallets.  When a person is caught and charged with animal cruelty they should be sentenced 2+ years of prison with intense psychological rehabilitation, listed on an animal cruelty offenders list (similar to sex offender lists) and finally have their wages garnished for the financial support of the animal for the length of the animal’s natural life.   If you agree and would like to help prevent animal abuse and human injuries, please sign my petition and let’s begin to be the change we desperatly need in this world.
