What is it going to take?

I am just curious, is my brothers case just not important enough because it has nothing to do with the death penalty or race? Seriously, what maybe afterhe sits behind bars for 10 years or more then somebody might just want to pay attention. My brother is only 32 years old and was sentenced to 14 1/2 year's, thats damn near half of his life. His life was unjustly taken away from him, sadly not only him but his children are left to grow up without a dad. State prosecutors nor do Judges have any repercussions for their actions, sure u can file a complaint with the Oregon State Bar and the Oregon Judicial Fitness and Disability but lets face facts, how often do they ever really do anything about the misconduct taking place in are so called Justice System?
