Multicare has implemented safety precautions that are well below the CDC standards. Multicare has forced employees on the front line to continue to re-use masks due to a shortage. No other facility outside of Multicare hospitals and clinics are having to do this, and are well equipped with the proper PPE (Personal protective equipment)

The CDC says that the "gold" standard would be a N95 mask, and Multicare employees are supplied with a paper mask to wipe down and re use over and over all day.
