Myntra Auto-Cancellation policy.

Hi All,

This is in regards with the Auto cancellation policy problem with MYNTRA,There logistics have time and again proved and left me with at-most dissatisfaction. 

Had a bad experience,when my order has been cancelled twice in a row though payment is made. Here are the order details,

1)Placed On: 22 Dec 2017
   Order No: 1065762-2146477-8767701

2)Placed On: 12 Jan 2018
  Order No: 1067603-5857174-3078201

The main reason to opt for shopping at Myntra is its fashion design models. But instead these products when ordered were being cancelled by the Myntra 

These orders were confirmed, in stock when I have placed order and have been cancelled mentioning that Items were "Out Off Stock", "Product Quality Issue", this  gives obscure view of the way Myntra functions which leaves me with trust issues for further transactions. 

And when spoken with service, they have mentioned like if they have any issues or defect with the product they would be cancelling. Then why do they even confirm the order if they can't deliver the product.

Solution:

1. Auto cancellation of the order by Myntra should be removed.

2. Myntra should keep track on the products they put forth for sale with their quality, availability.

3. Money refund timeline should be shortened to within 7 days.
