Muhlenberg College Must Remove Professor Finkelstein for Dangerous Pro-Hamas Rhetoric
The Issue
As you well know, on October 7th, Israel was hit with the worst terror attack in its history, as 1400+ women, children, elderly, and men were slaughtered in unspeakable ways.
However, immediately in its aftermath, Muhlenberg Anthropology professor Dr. Maura Finkelstein, who has a checkered past of anti-Israel rhetoric, began publicly making shocking and dangerous pro-Hamas statements that jeopardize the physical and psychological safety of the Jewish students on campus.
Her appalling actions include:
- Glorifying Hamas, the Terrorists, and Vilifying Israel:
- Classroom Bias, Hate Speech, and Targeted Aggression to Jewish Students
- Cyberbullying students with her partner
Because of this dangerous rhetoric, we as Muhlenberg Alumni, demand Dr. Finkelstein is removed by President Harring at Muhlenberg to protect the students and the college from her radical and hateful views.

This professor is influencing the current and future generations with her hateful and anti-semitic false information. This is not freedom of speech. Your Jewish students and community are being endangered by this professor.
Zero tolerance for antisemitism and terror sympathizing on campus. Why is this person allowed to teach on campus and why is she employed by this academic institution? Will any other minority suffer the same harassment and lack of protection but Jews?
Activists who do psy-ops for murderous terrorists are a threat to the West and to Israel.
