This petition is necessary in order to have a better game experience based on community feedback.

1. Scope:

The purpose of this petition is to gather votes from the players in the community of MU ORIGIN 2 Global (https://muorigin2.webzen.com/en) to:

• Agree with appointing Ene Sorin aka ToiletMaster, the founder of the MU ORIGIN 2 GLOBAL Community as the REPRESENTATIVE.
• Have the Publisher and Developer to officially recognize the Community Representative.
• Have the Representative to communicate under NDA and through direct link with the PUBLISHER (Webzen Inc - www.webzen.com)and the DEVELOPER (Tianma Shikong - www.tmsk.cn)regarding MU ORIGIN 2 GLOBAL.
• Have the Representative to influence and suggest on the  Publisher and Developer game related actions (Updates, Events, Game Logic, Social Media) based on the community suggestions and feedback.

2. Reason:

The reasons of this petition regarding the PUBLISHER and the DEVELOPER are:

• Very slow Game Versions content delivery (4 months + for each version)
• Bugs which are still not fixed since years.
• Players satisfaction is as low as it can gets.
• Customer Support team replies with predefined sentences (copy-pasted replies).
• The results of CS interaction with the customers are not always satisfactory.
• The Facebook page administration and it's content delivery MUST BE REVIEWED.
• Sometimes the players are treated without respect by the Publisher and Developer which do not deliver in-game content for a whole month.
• As a community we are united and we will do everything that we can to sustain the game (donations and purchases), Publisher and Developer as long as we can for the game to not be closed.

3. Representative obligations upon petition approval:

• To not divulge any discussed content (between him, Publisher and Developer) to the game community or any other player or person/s outside the NDA scope.
• To not receive any compensation under any way (in-game value or money).
