This upcoming show, by the creators of Catfish, looks to bring together cyberbullies with their victims for entertainment purposes. As someone who has experienced the kind of cyberbullying they're interested in and who was contacted by the recruiters, I can say that this show is not a good idea. Though it's under the guise of "healing" and "understanding," it's incredibly exploitative and won't decrease the presence of online harassment. On the contrary, it might even increase it due to the fact both the victims and the trolls get a $4,000 incentive for participating. Just like how Catfish didn't stop people from catfishing, I highly doubt this show will stop people from cyberbullying.
