When a driving school does not adhere to the MTO's rules and guidelines, the public is not served and the driving schools that do follow the rules are forced to compete with substandard instructors.
We assume that the MTO has reasons for enacting these rules, but if they are not enforced, what is the point?

There are many examples of sub-standard driving schools breaking these rules with impunity; too many to list.

We DEMAND that the Ministry of Transportation investigate those driving schools that break the rules, and enforce the rules that they impose on the rest of us.
