MTN's delay to inform customers of depleted data bundles, results in Airtime vanishing!

Have you ever noticed when your data bundle expires or is depleted, MTN sends you a warning SMS to this effect.

Only problem is, it always arrives too late! In fact the warning SMS usually arrives only once all your remaining airtime has been mysteriously used up as data.

In this day and age we're living in, where our technology can achieve so much, it is obsurd to believe that MTN cannot warn us, the customers, well before the time that our data bundles are about to expire. 

Perhaps they could even provide an option to stop our cell phones using our airtime as data, until we've recharged with another data bundle.

One cold even asume that leaving things as they are, could result in massive additional profits from our misfortune!

Please MTN, fix this problem.. and help make our nation great again!
