hello, my name is kai Stenning and I'm 15 years old. the reason I am making the petition is that young kids like me are getting bored and there is nothing to do around the village for us kids and the result of this is kids are going around and causing mischief. The reason a pump truck could solve this issue is that it will make kids around the village have something to do and have fun and get outside instead of sitting indoors and  playing on the PlayStations all-day
