New Limited Bus Service between JFK Airport/Barclays Center via Atlantic Avenue

We have decided-- rather than eliminate the B15 bus route, we have decided it is best to keep the B15 route while adding an additional bus route that operates between Atlantic Terminal – Barclays Center and JFK Airport. This proposed bus route which for now we can call the “B28” will make LIMITED and LOCAL stops between these two destinations to alleviate the congested B15 bus route and serve as a quicker alternative between JFK Airport and Atlantic Terminal – Barclays Center. This can boost passenger ridership for passengers traveling in and out of New York City from JFK Airport who wish to connect to events at the Barclays Center Arena or Atlantic Terminal for bus/train transfers. This proposal will also serve residents residing in the East New York, Crown Heights, Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, Clinton Hill and Bedford-Stuyvesant sections of Brooklyn. MTA riders can also connect to Manhattan for just $2.75 rather than paying for a ride-share program (Estimated $50 per ride between JFK and Barclays Center). A proposed bus route has been unveiled but not yet available to the general public which illustrates the entire bus route along with any connections along the route which so far seems like the perfect resolution.
Also, in light of the new expansion at LaGuardia Airport the MTA should consider bus service between Brooklyn and LaGuardia Airport so every borough can now connect to LaGuardia Airport via the MTA.
Finally, on a safety note, the MTA should really consider installing glass walls or barriers on the subway platforms to help protect passengers from trains entering and exiting the station. This increases passenger safety and can decrease the staggering number of track related deaths throughout each subway station. Not to mention, it can also prevent debris from entering the track which can lead to track fires, delays and unnecessary cancellations.
I know some of these ideas may cost additional revenue, but with the proper spending these ideas can work. These concerns are based on feedback from the most valuable players- the customers. While the proposals set forth may not be perfect, please feel free to suggest your ideas on why this may or may not work. We as the general public are open to feedback.
