A video has surfaced of several teen girls abusing a turtle. One teen, kicked the turtle more than once after dropping it. You can hear in the video one teen day to stop kicking the turtle and that she was making it bleed. The other teen girls are laughing and it appears as though one is trying to set the turtle on fire. The subjects in question claim it was a Face Mask they set on fire. 

This incident takes place In a parking lot adjacent to the Times Square Mall in Mt Vernon. Teens loiter the property, litter, perform sexual acts, and now animal cruelty. We are calling on the City of Mt Vernon to investigate this cruelty and the mayor to implement a curfew that would be enforced by both the Sheriff’s Office and the Mt Vernon Police Department. 

Animals are innocent and deserve to be protected. The actions of these teens needs to be addressed and they need to be punished if found guilty.
