With the outbreak of COVID-19, Spring sports for many high schoolers have been indefinitely suspended till school resumes in person (if it does). Not only is everyone being impacted by this, but high school seniors are missing out on the most memorable time of their life; graduation, prom, and spring sports. This also might the last year for juniors to have colleges notice them.

The Spring season will be cut short and might not even happen if schools close for the rest of the year. This is the last year for seniors to play, represent themselves, get that pr they've worked so hard for, make it to state, and have one more memorable season and make it their best. Extending into the summer won't harm anyone and will benefit players. Signing this petition could have such a huge impact on the decisions currently happening.

Not only is this for giving us the Spring Season we deserve, but a sense of normalcy with everything going on. The season some people worked so hard to prepare for. Even if you do not play a Spring Sport, be considerate of those who do, especially our seniors.
