Even though the community was promised in person consultation, GHD continue to push all community consultation to an online platform.

Many in the immediately impacted area are not able to use the online platform required to take part and be included, unreliable internet, lack of technology and understanding.

Engagement should be proportionate to the impact the proposal causes, 20 people over 3 online sessions previously is not representative of of the community or quality engagement.

GHD have incorrectly quoted outdated Heath Orders to avoid interacting with the community, and afford the residents of Moss Vale the required proper process of meaningful community engagement.
