Currently the Philippine representative for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant had gone under fire for her recent press conferences on which she could not express her thoughts properly while speaking english. And in the history of the Philippines during pageants we had our share of candidates who losed because they could not deliver or share their thoughts properly. This petition is so that our candidates may use our local dialect may it be whatever part of the Philippine Archepelago the contestant it from.
