Dear Ms Phyllis Chong,

As Jeb Bush once said, "Life teaches you that you need to make decisions in the right time - not too early, not too late." Apparently, most of us in Marketing chose the part of too late, just when the VDI server crashes. As of 1:21 AM on 20/5/2019, everyone is unable to log on to the server, and the server has even claimed the lives of several project files (sob sob).

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that we will be causing, but we hope you can extend the deadline to 23:59 20/5/2019. Many of us had to submit an assignment last Friday which is why most of us couldn't start on time or keep up the pace with the smarter kids.
