Today I am sharing a letter I wrote to the former Premier of New South Wales the Hon Gladys Berejiklian on 9 September 2018. This was years before she is found as seriously corrupt by NSW ICAC for other matters. I am not going to comment on ICAC findings or their report because that may be subject to a challenge.
As I am NSW resident and the matter was reported to NSW Police when my identity theft was brought to my attention by Australia Post official back in June 2006 the matter fell in the jurisdiction of NSW government as well to look into it. The use of fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name to commit offences using Australia Post services was a very serious matter.
After the dismal failure of the predecessor of Ms Berejiklian the Hon Mike Baird to help me, I was hopeful that Ms Berejiklian, as the Premier, will stand up against the corruption and cover ups that were ongoing from June 2006 in my ID theft matters.
The following letter was never responded by anyone. The lost trust in the politician is destroying democracy in our country-Australia.
Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour allegedly got support from State and Federal politician all along by their silence and inaction on a serious matter where the corruption is very well documented.
If you walk into a local police station and report criminal activities conveyed to you it is never expected that the police will falsify what you reported to cover up alleged crimes and then hide that reporting even after requested to release it under the FOI Act. This is exactly what happened and I had to continue fighting for justice for all these years. Eventually I got the manipulated and falsified report by police after not giving up.
Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour are not above the law. This matter was started long before they were the MDs & Group CEOs of Australia Post but when they came into those positions it was there responsibility to tell me the truth and resolve this matter. Now they have left their multimillion dollars a year jobs at Australia Post. Their resignation reasons will never add up if they are properly investigated is my view.
The recent PwC investigations and corruption that has come to light is the warning to all the politicians and the public servants that they must protect the declining standards of democracy in our country.
There are many public servants in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of Communications as it was formerly known, Attorney-General’s Department and the Department of Home Affairs under successive governments aware of my fight for justice and against the corruption. Some public servants wrote baseless letters to me. Many letters were simply ignored where documented corruption was mentioned and evidence provided.
The protectors of Australia Post officials are everywhere. What is their benefit to remain silent on the wrongdoings of many needs to be investigated.
The most respected, admired and trusted former Premier Ms. Berejiklian had shown complete disregard to my request for help against the corruption. My trust in her was lost long ago.
The following links are expected to convince the people of our nation that my fight against the highest-level documented corruption and cover ups in my matters is fully justified. It is ongoing for the past SEVENTEEN years. This fight for justice has exposed cancer of corruption and has exposed many politicians for not doing the job for which they get paid for. After putting their hands up for getting elected and then allowing the corruption to continue is not at all acceptable.

Now please read my letter to the former Premier of NSW the Hon. Gladys Berejiklian. There are expected to be many in the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet aware of my fight for justice under successive governments. The Public Servants in NSW that do not show independence and impartiality deserve investigations as well.
The Hon Premier,
This is to request you to read my petition to Ms Christine Holgate-MD and Group CEO of Australia Post with the heading "Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS" on Change.org platform. It is easily accessible on Google just by typing "Petition Holgate Vasant". I also request you to support it because the corruption and cover ups started in NSW that includes the officials of NSW Police Force as well.
You have obviously got the message from the people of Wagga Wagga that they can show their anger at the ballot box.
I am fighting against the highest-level documented wrongdoings of the number of people in our state and the country as well.
I suggest that if you are serious to make our country corruption free and free society, please stand next to me on a National TV to denounce the corruption and start building the trust of the people in NSW government and the federal government.
The latest departure from the office of one of the highest-ranking persons after Mr Ahmed Fahour is that of the former PM the Hon Malcolm Turnbull who ignored all my letters to hold Australia Post to account since August 2011. He failed to act while he was the Shadow Minister for Communications and then as the Minister for Communications and then as the Prime Minister to do anything about the ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups in Australia Post despite it was in his portfolio responsibility to look at this matter very seriously. He was concerned about the money that was paid to Mr Fahour which was $5.6 Million remuneration.
Mr Fahour's resignation deserves full scale investigations. The people of this country own Australia Post. You are not expected to tell me "Not my problem as Australia Post is in the federal jurisdiction" as everyone needs to be concerned about the honesty, integrity and values of people working with and for Australia Post.
This matter is known to numerous politicians and I have seen and experienced firsthand from your own office how the things get brushed off when the big names are involved.
The trust in the politicians will only improve if they appoint honest people in the watchdogs who will not hesitate to make honest decisions. This also applies to judiciary all over the country. It also applies to the Police, Attorney Generals and Local Members that are elected to serve the people of their electorate.
If you want to put your mark on the people of this nation, please sign my petition and write reasons for signing and then give me a voice that has been denied from June 2006.
I never ever imagined that the democracy in our country is so much damaged that the politicians have no courage to stand up and denounce the declining standards of the democracy. They have no courage to stand up and denounce the corruption when brought to their attention.
For you as the Premier of NSW has enormous responsibility to listen to the ordinary people like my family who are fighting against the highest-level corruption that is ongoing.
The true reasons why your predecessor quit politics could be very much different to those that he gave for suddenly quitting politics only to take a reported 2 Million a year job with NAB after a short gap.
The other person who quit his job prematurely and took a job with ANZ is the former Commonwealth Ombudsman Mr Colin Neave. Just like the revolving door of the Prime Ministers there is a revolving door of the Commonwealth Ombudsman as well.
I thought today is the best day for reminding you that you need not take anything for granted.
My unresolved ID Theft matter has exposed the cancer of corruption and that cancer needs to be eradicated immediately.
If you ignore my letter as has been done in the past, I can only tell my supporters that I sought your help but no response was received.
My supporter number has grown to 5776 as on 9 September 2018 at 4:26 pm.
Our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on the TI Corruption Perception Index. What are you going to do to reverse that trend?
One simple way will be to stand next to me and say enough is enough. Why the simple matter of ID Theft could not be resolved by successive governments in both NSW and federally?
Who is controlling our politicians? Why are they failing to be trusted by the ordinary people?
My fight for justice is not going to stop. It is now up to you to start a revolution against the documented corruption by using this case as the test case because whatever has happened is unprecedented in the history of Australia Post and the country as well is my view.
I hope you will support and help the people fighting corruption.
Please write to Ms Holgate to give me a meeting. It will be that simple as a starting point.
If the men and woman in Blue Uniforms lie under Oath in witness box where the Respondents were the two former Police Commissioners of NSW in the former Administrative Decisions Tribunal and then my matters get dismissed as Out of the Jurisdiction of the Tribunal by the Member Ms Linda Pearson then it raises serious questions about the credibility of the whole process. Fortunately, it is all documented. The matter has still remained unresolved after this happened in 2008.
Premier, this is a golden opportunity for you to build the trust of the people of this state in you and the people in the government.
I am living in Sydney with my family from November 1985. I have spent more time of my life here in Australia than back in my country of origin India.
I have decided to work hard to make our country corruption free and your help will be highly appreciated to progress towards that goal.

Dear Supporters,
My identity theft cover up is deliberate, calculated and intentional. It is not a mistake, oversight or incompetence. Everyone knowing this knows that the laws of Australia are breached and the cover ups have continued to protect each other and the criminals whoever they are.
If anyone has a soft corner for Ms Holgate, Mr. Fahour and many other Australia Post officials involved in the cover ups please think again because between Mr Fahour and Ms Holgate this matter continued for TEN long years and they did nothing to address it.
No one in the media has come forward to expose corruption in this matter. Not a single MP, Senator, Prime Minister, Minister for Communications, Attorney-General, Minister for Home Affairs in the successive governments has shown any willingness to raise this matter in the parliament and in the Senate.
My Local Federal Member of Labor party the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP has dismally failed to help my family to get this matter resolved. How can we trust him when he is aware of my fight for justice since 2012 when he was the Senator for NSW? The current Minister for Communications is the Hon Michelle Rowland MP. Her unacceptable silence on this matter is unacceptable. She was a practicing lawyer and expected to know all the breaches of the laws in this matter. Why is she silent?
Labor is now in the government. Their dismal failures to act on this matter while in the opposition and now in the government is unacceptable. Any failures to act on this unresolved matter is expected to be against her Ministerial Code of Conduct is highly likely.
The LNP under successive Ministers for Communications and the Prime Ministers also failed to act on Australia Post’s corruption and cover ups. What is so compelling to cover up corruption and crimes? Where are the Greens? They are silent too.
The Hon Mitch Fifield left politics while in the government. During his time as the Minister for Communications he failed to address corruption in Australia Post.
I thank all my 43351 strong supporters for their help and support. The people of Australia must never allow corruption anywhere in any form to continue.
