This is to bring to your attention that on 24 February 2022 Ms Christine Holgate was given a platform when the CEO Magazine was celebrating its 10th year of Executive of the Year Awards.
Ms Holgate’s one of the supporters Mr Ben Fordham of 2GB introduced her to the audience.
Ms Holgate spoke about her Australia Post experience at length and how she was bullied and humiliated by the Prime Minister, how she became suicidal, how she was helped by others to stand up and speak out, her Senate enquiry experience and how nothing was found against her, how the Board of Australia Post accepted that she was treated badly, how she was silenced, how she became a Roadkill of the PM, how the position of a CEO is a privileged one, how the people need to be respected, how important is the job of the leader, how she saved licenced post offices from the closures, how 220 million dollars were extracted from banks by her four executives under her leadership, how she will keep rewarding people for exceptional work, how the cash is important for the people in the regional areas, how Bank at Post helped licenced post offices, how her previous Blackmores boss told her that working for Australia Post is like a National Service, how she became the first women CEO of the year in 2015 and so on. Nothing much was new than what she had said in the past about her sudden departure from Australia Post. It was mostly a repetition.
She got a standing ovation.
What she failed to tell the audience is:
1. She resigned with immediate effect.
2. She did not want any compensation but then did take a million dollars from Australia Post plus her costs.
3. She failed to show leadership when it came to addressing corruption and crimes initiated and continued to this day by Australia Post officials in my ID theft cover up matters.
4. The PM has no authority to either appoint or terminate Australia Post CEO.
5. Standing her down was against the Employment law.
6. She had legal experts advising her all the time.
7. She failed to respond to my numerous letters where documented corruption and crimes cover ups were brought to her attention time and again.
8. She was very weak in addressing wrongdoings of her own people including her predecessor Mr Ahmed Fahour on an ongoing basis for almost the entire period of three years she was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.
9. Why she did not take the PM head on when he was humiliating her and bullying her in the parliament despite having legal help and millions of dollars to spend if necessary to challenge the PM.
10. She failed to mention that my petition to her is ignored by her which is now signed and supported by over 38,000 people from all over Australia. They are all customers of Australia Post.
11. She failed to mention anything about the exodus of people from Australia Post after failing to address corruption and crimes including herself.
12. She failed to mention that numerous people in Australia and in the Parliament House are aware of her alleged gross misconduct including the Senators and others that helped her in the Senate and gave her a voice.
I could go on and on because there is a history of over 15 and a half years of cover ups involving many past and present officials of Australia Post.
Ms Holgate using this platform to once again allegedly mislead the audience about her resignation reasons deserves to be condemned with one voice is my view.
She wanted an apology from the PM but never offered one to my family.
She wanted the Chairman Mr Lucio Di Bartolomeo to resign but kept the truth behind her own resignation allegedly covered up.
Nothing of the above two expectations of Ms Holgate and the Senate were considered by the PM and the Chairman of Australia Post to this day. There are numerous people in the Parliament house that know about all the ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups that Ms Holgate and many other Australia Post officials know about. The people in the parliament house allegedly protected her on an ongoing basis. Her resignation with immediate effect stopped further internal investigations of Ms Holgate is my view. Her unacceptable silence on my ID theft cover ups could be an offence under the Crimes Act. The past and present in-house lawyers of Australia Post will know this better. Many of them are part of the cove ups themselves.
Ms Holgate wanted the truth behind her treatment by the government. Ms Holgate does not want to tell my family the truth behind Australia Post officials covering up corruption and crimes.
Ms Holgate has shown complete disregard to my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture, treatment of my family by her own officials, our losses, judicial corruption, police corruption, watchdog’s corruption, fabrications, tampering of records, unlawful activities and provision of falsified documents under FOI Act by Australia Post officials. She failed dismally as the leader and keeps on talking about how badly she was treated and not about how badly my family is treated from June 2006 by Australia Post officials and numerous others. This includes THREE years under her own leadership.
It is time that she shows courage to go on Mr Ben Fordham’s programme on 2GB and answers my simple questions to her. Ms Holgate portraying herself as the symbol of honesty, integrity and values, a great leader, fair just and reasonable person and a successful migrant deserves to be challenged by every Australian after her failures to respond to my petition to her. Time will come for her to respond to people of Australia because they will not tolerate her silence on corruption and cover ups, she was responsible to address.

The dark side of Ms Holgate will come under a bright spotlight at some stage. The media support she received to give her a platform is fine but the same so called independent and impartial media does not want to give me a voice despite my contacting them numerous times on my ID theft cover up matters initiated by Australia Post officials.
If Ms Holgate was told by others to cover up this matter, why did she listen to them? Where was her leadership gone? Why did she fail to name those that told her to cover up this matter if that was the case? Why did she remain silent all along?
I challenge Ms Holgate and also Mr Fahour to come clean now before it goes out of their hands. I am not going anywhere. I will fight this corruption till the truth is revealed.
Those that are new to this petition please note that my identity is used on Indonesian Passport. That passport was accepted by Australia Post officials back in 2006 as a Photo ID and allowed the criminals to redirect our mail and also open a PO Box on my name. There is a cheque involved that was inside the envelope addressed to me. Australia Post officials identified the fraud/crime but then decided to cover up the matter and that is ongoing. They hide the envelope and cheque on my name despite it is my mail. This is a criminal activity as per Australia Post’s own rules about delivering mail. Why are the people hiding my mail protected?
Ms Holgate’s resignation linked to her decision to give away four Cartier watches as gifts is No. 1 Fake news of the year 2020. It is never substantiated.
Ms Holgate is silent all along on my fight for justice and against the systemic documented corruption and cover ups that continued under her leadership.
With all the money in the world that Ms Holgate may have it will not help her to cover up this matter is my view because the truth is known to numerous people.
No one will put their hand up to go to jail to protect Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour is my view.
The truth behind these two millionaires resigning from Australia Post must come out. Please note that they were ready to work for free for Australia Post after all the false publicity surrounding their resignations. Why? Then they accepted big payouts anyway. Where is the honesty then?
This premediated criminal activity can not be allowed to remain unresolved and swept under the carpet.
We are an ordinary family. We are migrants just like Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour. We do not have money like them but we have courage to expose corrupt people to protect our country from getting more and more corrupt.
Not a single person has come forward to challenge my petition contents and all the material and documents posted over the years. The reason is simple. My presented material is full of truth and full of substance.
Our efforts to expose corruption will continue no matter how many jobs Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour change.
They had a golden opportunity to tell us the truth but they failed. Both of them resigned and those resignations were falsely linked to Mr Fahour’s 5.6 million remuneration and Ms Holgate’s gifts of four cartier watches.
The allegedly corrupt media does not have any courage to even mention my petition to Ms Holgate with 38288 supporters and signatures. This includes ABC, SMH, Daily Telegraph, the Guardian and many individual journalists. What are they afraid off?
Why is Ms Leigh Sales of 7:30 report of ABC leaving? She gave platform to Ms Holgate but not to me. What is her problem?
Is she really independent and impartial? Is she making a run? She still has some time left to show courage to expose highest level systemic corruption and cover ups in my ID theft matters. Will she be ready to show impartiality?
My matters are of immense public interest because a million people in our country alone suffer from their Identities compromised each and every year.
“Your ABC” has to prove that it is “Our ABC” because it is funded by the taxpayers. People want honesty, integrity, transparency and values shown by people running ABC.
My matters are unprecedented in the history of Australia Post and Australia.

If the PM wants to prove that “Nobody is above the Law” why not start from AUSTRALIA POST. We all own it therefore we can not allow corruption and cover ups to continue in Australia Post. Criminal activities have no expiry date to start investigations.
Serious criminal activities are documented and are known to numerous politicians including all those Senators and MPs that helped and supported Ms Holgate during the Senate enquiry. Why are they silent on Ms Holgate’s alleged gross misconduct then?
Why are they failing to act? Did they report the matter to Law enforcement agencies as required?
This fight for justice will NOT STOP. Ms Holgate calls herself a victim of bullying and intimidation. Well, what about my family then Ms Holgate?
Truth will always triumph no matter what.
