Today I am providing a letter that I wrote to numerous Senators, Ministers and Members of Parliament on 30 July 2017. The subject was:
“Why did Mr Ahmed Fahour abruptly resigned? What is the truth?”

In January 2012 I contacted all the Senators for New South Wales, as I am the resident of NSW, by writing a comprehensive letter with my serious concerns about Australia Post and the steps that I took to get the matters of my ID theft resolved without any success.
Today, I am sharing one response from Senator the Hon Marise Payne-Liberal Senator for New South Wales with you. When I get a chance, other responses could be shared as well.
Senator Payne was contacted numerous times over the years by me for representing me and to raise this matter in the Parliament but she did not respond despite the seriousness of the issues were known to her from back in January 2012. Senator Payne’s letter was without any date. It was received by me on 13 February 2012.
The following letter was not responded by anyone despite this matter has remained unresolved. This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and also Australia is a wake-up call to every citizen and resident of Australia because our country is perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year on the international stage. This must not only stop but must be reversed at a very fast rate. For that to happen, we all need to unite and help each other to denounce any dishonesty, corruption, immoral and unethical activities, lost values, blind eye attitudes, unfair, unjust and unreasonable conduct of the very people that we elect to serve us. It is also important to check and respond on the conduct of the people that our elected representatives select to be independent, impartial, honest, moral and ethical at all times.
If these selected bureaucrats fail to adhere to their own stated values, service charters and their own rules, code of conduct and responsibilities, the government and the ordinary people should never ignore such conduct at all.
The declining standards of democracy, that our country is now experiencing, is serious enough to say enough is enough.
The media’s silence and reluctance to investigate Mr Fahour and his abrupt resignation is contributing to the lost trust in the media as well.
Please read the following letter and please comment and help to get my support increased to a large number to wake-up Ms Christine Holgate and also her legal team and other team sitting in the Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post. Her silence on my numerous requests to give me a voice, resolve this matter, hold the wrongdoers to account, provide the real documents involved in the crimes and fraud to me and meet me to know more have been ignored by her. She has failed to show any courage to accept the documented wrongdoings of Australia post employees-past and present all along. What is she afraid of to do her job with honesty, integrity and values?
The following is the example of my letter that was written to many other elected representatives as well apart from the names appearing below. Numerous letters were attached to this email. One of them was from Senator the Hon Marise Payne which is posted today. From the recipients of my email below the following are no longer the Senators and even in politics.

Mr Ahmed Fahour’s last day in office was 28 July 2017. As you know he was the Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Postal Corporation. I have been informed that Ms Christine Corbett who is the Chief Customer Officer at Australia Post will be in an acting role till Ms Christine Holgate takes office in September 2017. The letters attached here speak for themselves.
This story has nothing to do with the colour of Mr Fahour’s skin or his religion as he mentioned while responding to his criticism from one of the politicians.
Mr Fahour in my view lost support from many in the government and especially the Prime Minister the Hon Malcolm Turnbull MP. Mr Fahour’s 5.6 Million remuneration last year has been portrayed and blown out of proportion as the reason for his resignation. Mr Fahour in my view has not resigned because of any of the reasons that he himself provided such as seven years is a too long period for any CEO or he has done his job and it is the right time to go or he was planning to go from the past year or two or he wants to hand over the reins to someone else. All these reasons did not hold any water because then he said it was a difficult and emotional decision for him and his family.
If the time was right then the decision was not expected to be a difficult one at all especially if it was planned by him long ago. Not a single reason Mr. Fahour gave for his resignation is adding up at all is my view. I have been fighting against Australia Post’s corruption and crimes cover ups from June 2006 and have hardly stopped. This matter is known to numerous people in our country. The media so far does not want to know as there are too many people involved in the wrongdoings and the matter has gone out of control for the people involved to stand up and accept their corruption and wrongdoings is my view. This situation however must change as Mr Fahour is no longer with Australia Post. Mr Fahour’s failure to address the alleged corruption and crimes cover up by many in Australia Post needs thorough investigations is my view.
Mr. Fahour was first made aware of my concerns in April 2010 after he took office in February 2010. Many times, thereafter he was made aware of the unresolved serious matters till even two days prior to his last day in office. He did not respond to my single letter personally. Many senior officials of Australia Post that are aware of my serious concerns were in Mr. Fahour’s inner circle in the Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post.
Mr Fahour found all the excuses for resigning except accepting the wrongdoings of numerous past and present employees of Australia Post and its Corporate Security Group officials and its Security and Investigations Group official including the current General Manager of Security and Investigations. Mr Fahour in my view was never willing and able to face the power of truth. This is where his leadership failed dismally for the entire seven years period and continued to fail till his last day in office is my view. There are numerous people in the Melbourne Headquarters of Australia Post that tried their best to erect brick walls around him to protect him. All the names may not be known to me but I know many names.
I hope you will contribute to reverse the perception that our country is becoming more and more corrupt every year. This story has a potential to wipe that corruption out from its roots starting from Australia Post and Mr Fahour is my view. If you show interest in helping me and my family in restoring the damaged democracy in our country it will be highly appreciated.
Mr. Fahour’s exit from Australia Post is not a straightforward matter. The dark side of that resignation needs public exposure is my view because we own Australia Post and it is operated for us-the people of this nation.
Like anyone else Mr Fahour should not be above the law. There are numerous people in Australia Post that are aware of the corruption and crimes cover ups spanning over a long period of over eleven years and out of those eleven years seven continuous years under the leadership of Mr Ahmed Fahour. Mr Ahmed Fahour was also Australian Postal Corporation’s Principal Officer for the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013. This is for the whistle-blowers. How did he perform in that role for the Australian Postal Corporation? Who did he delegate his authority to act as the “Authorised Officer” for the PID Act 2013? Was that person the General Manager of Security and Investigations Mr Scott Staunton? Was Mr Staunton involved in the corruption and crimes cover ups at any time? Was Mr Fahour forced to provide email contact for the Whistleblowers by the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman? This sudden exit of Mr Fahour from Australia Post deserves independent investigations from those that are miles away from the PM and PM & C, Attorney General, Minister for Communications, and the Department of Communications, Minister for Justice and the Australia Post Board as well is my view.
It is time the people of this nation denounce any corruption anywhere in any form and it is time for the Prime Minister Turnbull to explain to the people of this nation why he allegedly ignored the ongoing corruption under Mr Fahour’s leadership since he was first alerted by me in August 2011 while he was the Shadow Minister for Communications and many times thereafter as the Minister for Communications and then as the Prime Minister.
This matter is beyond politics as successive governments have failed to hold Australia Post and Mr Fahour to account is my view. It will continue until the justice is served and the truth is revealed to the victims-my family.
I am and my family is of Indian origin. I have passed all the tests with flying colours as a good citizen of this country is my view. I was granted Permanent Resident Status with my family even before landing for the first time on Kingsford Smith Airport in Sydney. I have spent more time of my life here in Australia than back in India. I am here from 1985. I am also patriotic as expected by the Prime Minister because I have and my family has sustained pain and suffering and psychological torture, financial loss, career loss, harassment, legal threats, police corruption and systemic corruption with a goal to make our country CORRUPTION FREE- FREE SOCIETY.
We tolerated discrimination, injustice, dishonesty, corruption and unfairness many times but when my identity was used on Indonesian Passport to commit crimes and Australia Post and Police at my local Mascot Police Station engaged in a cover up the line of acceptance of unfairness and tolerance was crossed. The cancer of corruption spread to every government agency and department where we went, while we followed their rules, to get this matter addressed. Judicial corruption and unfair treatment in both AAT and former ADT went on and on for around 18 months each in 2007 and 2008. The matters were unfairly dismissed. This treatment is not going to be accepted and tolerated and the Prime Minister Turnbull needs to explain why he did not act on my letter dated 31 July 2011 and many thereafter to stop corruption in Australia Post while he was responsible for Australia Post’s sound corporate governance.
Our country is not going to be allowed to spoil the way it is spoiling now and at the rate it is perceived as getting corrupt now. I request you to raise this in both NSW State and Federal parliament to get this matter resolved immediately.

Dear Supporters,
My petition is now signed and supported by 18257 people from every corner of Australia. I request all of you to contact as many others as possible that have not yet read my petition and seen the documented dishonesty, abuse of power, records tampering, fraudulent activities, criminal misconduct, cheating, lying, misleading and deceiving all along from June 2006. The letter to me from Senator the Hon Marise Payne is a documented example of her not doing her job of representing me and my family in the parliament. She is not even ready to respond to my letters where Australia Post’s documented corrupt conduct is exposed more and more and additional people are getting involved and many involved have even allegedly run away from their jobs.
How can I trust her? The only comfort Senator Payne could take is she is not alone doing this to me and my family. There are numerous others as well.
Please help to make my fight for justice and against the highest level systemic documented cover ups a great success. One day it will benefit the whole nation is my confidence. Ms Holgate’s silence on this matter is unacceptable and that deserves national condemnation is my view.
It is still not too late for Ms Holgate to show leadership and follow her own ethical standards that she expects others in Australia Post to follow.
Please help and see that I get a voice from the very people that get paid to give me and you a voice. Thanks for your support and encouragement to fight for the truth to be revealed and for justice for my family that has been denied from June 2006.
