This update is the further confirmation that my emails sent to Ms Christine Holgate who is the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post are automatically ending up with other people. I have not seen any public notice from anyone at Australia Post including Ms Holgate that the emails sent to Ms Holgate on her official email address-christine.holgate@auspost.com.au could end up automatically with others on a different email address.
In my view this is a very serious breach as the people against whom the customers may have complaints and want them to be brought to the attention of the highest authority at Australia Post, which is Ms Holgate, could end up in the wrong hands leaving complainants exposed to lost confidentiality, lost trust and even mail tampering, harassment and intimidation.
I was very much shocked and disappointed that my email to Ms Holgate with serious material ended up with Mr Andrew Ballantyne. I do not know his position, what he does, what is his postal address and if he was in any way part of the systemic alleged documented corruption and cover ups in the unresolved matters.
I have been trying to get the truth out from Australia Post officials about my identity theft where fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport on my name was accepted as a Photo ID by Australia Post to provide their services to the alleged criminals/fraudsters to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket Post office in Sydney city. There was an envelope addressed to me with the cheque inside. All this material is hidden from my family by Australia Post despite we have the right to see this material. We have a right to know the motive and people involved as well.
I tried to get some information about Mr Ballantyne over the phone from Australia Post. It appears that he is some very senior person where “resolutions” are part of his job. I was ready to speak with him and conveyed that to Australia Post officials that took my telephone calls. No one responded to my calls. I then wrote to Mr Ballantyne using his email address from where an automatic response to my email to Ms Holgate was received by me. Mr Ballantyne did not respond to that email. I then called again and asked for Mr Ballantyne but I was told he is not available and to leave a message for him.
I then dictated a message that was written by the call taker as I spoke. I could hear the keyboard keys in use and my message getting typed. I was told that this will be sent to Mr Ballantyne.
I will wait for his response. My message for him was to respond to my email. It was that simple.
It has become a matter of serious concerns that Ms Holgate is failing to address the unresolved matters where Australia Post officials are hiding the truth from us. This is ongoing and unresolved from June 2006.
I request all my supporters to read my updates as they are posted so as to know the ongoing efforts to get a resolution to this matter.
Numerous Australia Post officials are aware of this matter but have failed to resolve it. Ms Holgate has the responsibility to listen to me and I will allow her to bring Mr Ballantyne with her if he is a senior Resolutions Manager.
The silence on this matter, where there is alleged documented cover up, does not reflect well on the leadership of Ms Holgate is my view.
It is my view that she could pay a very heavy price for failing to act and allowing her officials to continue with the cover ups. This fight is in the public interest because we rely on Australia Post for honesty, integrity, values, mail integrity and openness. Hiding the truth and hiding the wrongdoings of Australia Post officials will end up in lost trust and lost credibility of the highest authority of Australia Post.
Mr. Ahmed Fahour, who is Ms Holgate’s predecessor, is in the news again. If Ms Holgate had investigated him it was highly likely the people of this nation could have lost the faith and trust in him. The corruption and cover ups continued under Mr Fahour’s leadership for almost seven long years he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post and his quitting Australia Post abruptly is never investigated by anyone publicly. The time is right to investigate right now is my view.
I request my current and future supporters to read the following article and then raise the concerns about why Mr Fahour needs to be investigated to alert his potential and existing customers about his past where one person under his leadership has passed away and the cause of that death is suicide. That suicide in my view was never investigated. Mr Fahour and his team even hide that death from me despite that person was my Contact Officer.

We need corruption free Australia Post and after the investigations into banks, aged care and the child abuse in churches we need Australia Post to be investigated as well is my view.
I request everyone in Australia to support my petition so that I will be given the voice and that will expose corruption in Australia Post and many other places as well. Our country cannot be allowed to spoil the way it is spoiling now and at the rate it is spoiling now is my view.
