Dear Valued Supporters, My petition has now passed the milestone of 1500 signatures and is marching towards the next milestone of 2500 signatures. It is now signed by One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-six (1726) Supporters which is very encouraging. The Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Australia Post Ms Christine Holgate has a publicly listed email address. It is highly likely that she receives many emails every day and it is therefore expected that she has delegated authority to one or more senior officials of Australia Post to read and brief her on the emails received on that listed address regularly. With this possibility in mind I contacted one of the most senior officials in her Executive Team to alert Ms Holgate about my petition to her on Change. org platform where the supporter number is now growing fast. I am awaiting a response. The person that is contacted by me was not directly known to me as involved in these matters previously. It was not possible for me to include my extraordinary efforts and countless opportunities given to numerous people in Australia Post to resolve this matter from June 2006 in my petition. This is why the petition is for providing me the documents that Australia Post should have provided to me when they were asked for by me numerous times over the years. Without your support my goal to get these documents may not come fast enough given the delay that has already taken place and approaching twelve long years. On 14 June 2018 it will be 12 years for this matter to have remained unresolved. I once again sincerely request you to use every possible means that you have to spread the message to get to the next milestone of 2500 signatures as early as possible. If I do not get the response from the Senior official mentioned above I will use another way to contact Ms Holgate. I am not aware if the same people that are involved and aware of this matter are given the delegated authority to check the emails received by Ms Holgate on her publicly listed email address. I request all my current and future Supporters for NOT sending any emails in my support to Ms Holgate. We will leave that job to Change.org team. I also request you all for NOT calling her publicly listed telephone number in my support because that will not help at this point in time is my view. We want Ms Holgate to respond to what is now available on Change.org and easily accessible on Google to my petition and provide me with the documents to move forward. Your support has a potential to make a real change to make Australia Post trustworthy, transparent, efficient, just, reasonable, moral and ethical place that we all can be proud of as the OWNERS of this Government Business Enterprise. Ms Holgate has now the opportunity to give me a voice that has been denied for all these years. I am very grateful for your support.
