Mr Tahir Ul Qadri is a Canadian citizen and leader of a minority religious party in Pakistan. He is permanently settled in Canada while during his leisure time, visits Pakistan to cause anarchy and chaos in the country already crippled by its decade long war on terror. He has been inciting hatred among the citizens of Pakistan for last 15 months and has already staged a rally in Pakistan's capital last year that had severely affected the lives of civilians in the city and took the country to the verge of yet another political deadlock and potentially a martial law. 

Mr Tahir Ul Qadri is in Pakistan these days rallying for a revolution through bloodshed which to him, starts with overthrowing a politically elected government. In his press interviews for the past few days, he could be heard preaching his followers to take the law in their hands for overthrowing elected political government and encouraging them to even hang the law enforcement officials to death who dare to confront them. On his calls, his followers are marching towards the provincial capital Lahore and their aggression, ignited by Mr Tahir Ul Qadri, would only mean disaster and bloodshed in the country.

Previously, acting upon his orders that he delivered through telephonic addresses and social media messages, his followers have clashed with the police authorities resulting in killings of 20 people in the provincial capital Lahore. 

We expect Canada, which has a history of standing for peace, humanity, democracy and tolerance, to STOP its citizen Mr Tahir Ul Qadri from inciting violence, bloodshed and anarchy in a democratic commonwealth country. We also request you to launch an investigation against Mr Tahir Ul Qadri for his alleged role in violence in Pakistan and his acts that have caused bloodshed in the country. We will also request you to prosecute him as per the laws of Canada (if found guilty) which I am sure do not allow its citizens to indulge in any of the actions stated above.
