God's people have not been congregating for two months now. This is a big problem because the various congregations are a major part of the solution against the pandemic: when God's people gather in churches, their corporate prayers produce tremendous power that makes changes happen.

God's people need to gather to pray and worship together as before; the social distancing measures notwithstanding. We believe that proper measures can be taken to present unnecessary contact in the churches. Churches are part of the solution and should not be left out. Online gatherings are not congregations. 

When people gather, they encourage each other and solve problems. Churches provide the moral support and encouragement needed to face each day. Churches also offer spiritual and physical support to those in need, not to mention the supernatural power available to perform miracles and heal people.

I, Apostle Amos Abaasa, the Coordinator for all pastors in Uganda, is asking all the pastors in Uganda and every Christian to join me to ask the President of Uganda to open the churches and let God's people congregate. We believe this will be a major step to the healing of the nation and the well being of everyone.  This is very important and I'm asking us to do it immediately! Thank you all and God bless you!
