Housing model not seen by the 150 odd elected representatives

Tens of thousands of new houses are planned in West Surrey and massive new demands on already overstretched roads, schools and hospitals. One might think that our elected representatives in Guildford Waverley and Woking would have reviewed the housing need model. Apparently the borough councils do not even have a copy.
