Due to the recent inclement weather in Washington D.C., there were stories circulating in the internet media about the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier standing fast in the grip of the historic blizzard of 2016. Assuming that Arlington National Cemetery had a live web cam on the Tomb, I searched for it online, and found to my shock and dismay, there was none. I feel this simple and rather obvious oversight not to have a live web cam on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is a disservice to the American public, and a missed opportunity to further honor those who sacrificed so much.
