Indian hilly state's are lagging in development of infrastructure. Most of bridge exist is still  made by British Government .every year lot of land sliding damaged village and  house of poor people .

Government needs to invest with special budget of road made up of concrete in PMGSY. Flood in Kerala is really sad for nation but it is one in 10 year, but some states like  North East , Uttarakhand etc has ever year this damage making people of these state's poor and home less govt has to develop strong infrastructure.
