Following the Historic vote on July 25, 2019,   by the United States House of Representatives to END the "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty,   the Citizens Campaign Advocates peacefully assembled on August 22, 2019,  in front of the Shelbyville (TN) City Hall for a Press Conference, before going to PROTEST in front of the TN Walking Horse National Celebration Horse Show.
