Seay, and Animal Wellness Action CEO Mr. Marty Irby, and they met with key staff members of U. S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) to discuss introduction of the “U. S. Senator Joseph D. Tydings Memorial PAST Act” in the 116th Session of Congress to convene on January 3, 2019.
