""Just Remember, What You Are Doing Is Very Illegal"
Under the U. S. Constitution, taking photos or videos in public places is a constitutional right.
The First Amendment to the U. S. Constitution provides for Freedom Of The Press.
The Video that unidentified persons were trying to disrupt was of "Big Lick" Tennessee Walking Horses being exhibited at the Western NC AG Center in Asheville, NC.
Videos of "Big Lick" Tennessee Walking Horses educate the public to "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty.
Native Tennessean MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University) Horse Science Professor Equine Vet Dr. John Haffner says: "the “Big Lick” is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses. The fact is the big lick can only be accomplished by soring. When one soring technique becomes detectable, another one is developed. The big lick is a learned response to pain and if horses have not been sored, they do not learn it.”
