To Donate, please click here: https://www.change.org/f/boycott-animal-cruelty-to-big-lick-tennessee-walking-horses WE now have almost 75% of the $10,000.00 goal to fund the costs of this lawsuit. It was filed to protect the constitutional rights of CCABLAC animal welfare advocates, and get to the bottom of “WHY” Sheriff Bucky Rowland ordered Americans in a pubic park to“Turn off those video cameras”. We have $2,562.00 left to go. If you have contributed, Thank You!!! (Please consider this an update.) If you have not yet donated, Please consider doing so. Videos like this one - (1,080,000+ views) - from the 2016 “Big Lick” Asheville, North Carolina Horse Show is what had Mr. David Sisk scared to death. Mr. Sisk, and some other people, apparently persuaded Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland to order CCABLAC animal welfare advocates to turn off their video cameras at the 2016 Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show. Mr. David Sisk definitely had motive to do so. He publicly bragged on August 9, 2016, that he owns more than $500,000.00 of “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horses. And Mr. Sisk simply could not afford for “Big Lick” videos like this one to be taken at his hometown Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show. Mr. Sisk and his family are “Big Lick” millionaires who are addicted to the “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horse. Mr. Sisk has judged the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration twice. He was recently chosen by the “Big Lick” Trainer BOYZ to judge the 2017 WHTA “Trainers” Show. Mr. Sisk’s pride and joy is a Three Year Old Amateur Stallion, “Sisko Kid” he exhibited at the 2016 TWH National Celebration. Federal lawsuits like this cost money. A Case Management Conference has been set for January 4, 2016. Depositions and production of documents will come immediately after that. Everything necessary to litigate this case has been put together. The court filing fees ($400.00) have been paid. Paralegals - national legal research team – are in place. Subpoenas are being prepared and arrangements made with process server to be sure they are properly delivered. An excellent Court reporting firm has been retained to record the deposition testimony. WE plan to get to the bottom of Sheriff Bucky Rowland ordering CCABLAC animal welfare advocates, and www.billygoboy.com reporter, to turn off their video cameras at the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show in a public park. If you would like to give a $15 - $25 - $50 - $100 donation, or whatever you can afford, to help pay for the costs of this important law suit, please click here to contribute: https://www.change.org/f/boycott-animal-cruelty-to-big-lick-tennessee-walking-horses You will receive weekly progress reports on the lawsuit. CCCBALC Videos like this one taken at “Big Lick” Horse Shows throughout the South are exposing the “Big Lick” which MTSU Horse Science Professor Equine Vet Dr. John Haffner says “is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses”. https://www.facebook.com/BillyGoBoy/videos/933739123415851/ Please help us get JUSTICE for “The Horses”, and the CCABLAC animal welfare advocates who stood up FOR ‘The Horses” on June 3, 2016, and made videos from the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, FL to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, NC in 2016. Thank you for your support! CCABLAC (Citizens Campaign Against "Big LIck" Animal Cruelty) We speak for "The Horses" who cannot speak for themselves." (ms. res. not sol.)
