WE now have over 81% of the $10,000.00 goal to fund the costs of this lawsuit.
Only $3,229.00 left to go. If you have contributed, Thank You!!! (Please consider this an update.) If you have not yet donated, Please consider doing so.
Here is a video (829,000+ views) taken at the 2015 Mississippi Charity Horse Show in Jackson, Mississippi. The videographer had wine thrown in his face, and an attempt was made to physically assault him. It was blocked by an off duty Jackson Police Department Lieutenant who was hired as private security.
Thanks in large part to this video, there won’t be a 2017 Mississippi Charity Horse Show.
On June 3, 2016, CCABLAC animal welfare advocates were taking videos of “Big Lick” TWH at the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show.
Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland ordered the CCABLAC animal welfare advocates, and www.billygoboy.com reporter, to “turn off the video cameras, saying they could incur possible criminal liability if they did not.
Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland apparently received his instructions from wealthy “Big Lick” Horse Show Manager, Mr. David Sisk, and another “Big Lick” show horse supporter. They apparently told Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland to stop the CCABLAC advocate from videoing the “Big Lick” TWH.
Show Horse Manager Mr. David Sisk publicly bragged he owns more than $500,000.00 of “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horses. A “Big Lick” insider, Mr. Sisk has judged the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration twice, and was chosen by the “Big Lick” Trainer BOYZ to judge the 2017 WHTA “Trainers” Show. Mr. Sisk also rides “Big Lick” TWH winning blue ribbons on Three Year Old Amateur Stallion, “Sisko Kid” at the Pulaski (TN) Red Carpet Show and the Woodbury (TN) Lions Club Show.
Lawsuits cost money. A Case Management Conference has been set for January 4, 2016, and depositions and production of documents will come after that.
Expenses are being incurred to prosecute this law suit. Court filing fees ($400.00) have been paid. A noted paralegal firm has been retained to assist with the case. A national legal research team has been hired to assure that all bases are covered. Necessary subpoenas are being prepared to be issued by the Clerk of Court. A top process serving firm has been employed to serve subpoenas upon necessary persons and businesses. An excellent Court reporting firm has been retained to record the deposition testimony.
WE plan to get to the bottom of what happened when Maury County (TN) Sheriff Bucky Rowland ordered CCABLAC animal welfare advocates, and www.billygoboy.com reporter, to turn off their video cameras at the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show held in the publicly owned Maury County Park.
If you would like to give a $15 - $25 - $50 - $100 donation, or whatever you can afford, to help pay for the costs of this important law suit, please click here to contribute:

You will receive weekly progress reports on the lawsuit.
CCCBALC Videos like this one taken at “Big Lick” Horse Shows throughout the South are exposing the “Big Lick” which MTSU Horse Science Professor Equine Vet Dr. John Haffner says “is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses”.

YOU can help us get JUSTICE for “The Horses”, and the CCABLAC animal welfare advocates who stood up FOR ‘The Horses” on June 3, 2016, and made videos from the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, FL to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, NC to Times Square in New York City to the Tennessee Governor’s office in the State Capitol in Nashville, TN.
Thank you for your support!
