After talking with wealthy horse show manager who stated on Aug. 9, 2016 at USDA hearing that he had $500,000.00 worth of “Big Lick” Horses, the Sheriff of Maury County, Tennessee told the animal welfare advocates there could be “criminal liability” videoing at the horse show.
