This picture shows the Sheriff of Maury County, Tennessee, telling CCABLAC animal welfare advocates to “turn off your video cameras”.
Here is the front page newspaper article which appeared in The Daily Herald newspaper in Columbia, TN.

The CCABLAC animal welfare advocate said, “No one is above the law. It was a chilling and shocking experience to have Sheriff Rowland to come down and tell citizens to turn off their video cameras in a public park. After considerable deliberation, I filed this lawsuit. It alleges Sheriff Rowland's wrong doing, and this lawsuit will be tried in the courtroom, not the newspaper."
CCABLAC advocates were videoing the “Big Lick” Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show so the World can see what MTSU Horse Science Professor Equine Vet Dr. John Haffner says “is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses”.
This video taken by a CCABLAC animal welfare advocate of 2016 World Grand Champion TWH “Honors” pitifully trying to canter at Asheville, NC has reached over 2,410,000 persons:

The Columbia Show Manager did not want the CCABLAC advocates videoing the “Big Lick” horses.
Sheriff Rowland admitted in the Answer to lawsuit Complaint that he was “approached by David Sisk, the show manager, and another gentleman” before going down and telling the CCABLAC animal welfare advocates to turn off their video cameras in a public park. Mr. Sisk bragged at an August USDA Hearing that he had $500,000 worth of "Big Lick" Horses. He obviously didn’t want CCABLAC advocates taking videos of “Big Lick” TWH at the Maury County Park.
Lawsuits cost money.
Subpoenas are about to be issued – Depositions scheduled – Court Reporters hired and many other expenses.
Please help us get justice for “The Horses”, and the CCABLAC animal welfare advocates who stood up FOR ‘The Horses” on June 3, 2016.
If you would like to give a $15 - $25 - $50 - $100 donation, or whatever you can afford, to help pay for the costs of this important law suit, please click here to contribute:
