Dear Decision Maker,

I am informed that you are currently undertaking a cruel and barbaric poisoning program of stray dogs that survive around your Airport. This is under an "Animal Culling Order" from the Fiji Airport.

Your methods of killing are far from humane, and there seems to be NO welfare consideration in your country to address the issue of these vulnerable stray dogs.

This is a terrible reflection on your country, on your lack of laws, on your values and on your poor animal welfare ethics.

I demand you cease the cruel program immediately and protect and manage these dogs and other stray animals in your country under animal welfare laws.

The world is watching and a global community of travelers who would be disgusted to see dogs suffering a horrific death!

I pledge not to travel to Fiji until you address this animal welfare atrocity and work towards addressing the issues of poor animal welfare in your country.
