The number of candidates for the leader of the Conservative party are now only three, Sajid Javid having fewest votes in this morning's vote by Tory MPs.
The three left will be whittled down to the final two this afternoon. Boris Johnson has increased his lead and Michael Gove and Jeremy Hunt had just one or two votes between them. Voting this afternoon should decide whether Jeremy Hunt or Micheal Gove go through with Boris Johnson to the vote by all the Conservative members.
What is certain is that they all want to leave the EU although they all think they can improve on Mrs. May's Deal.
Meanwhile Tom Watson , Deputy Leader of the Labour Party and Keir Starmer, Shadow Brexit Secretary are publicly advocating for another public vote on whether the population still want to leave the EU now that so much more is known about the implications.
This would not be a repeat referendum as two more cohorts have now reached voting age and some who voted last time have since died.
We know that almost half of the country voted to remain in the EU last time. The Brexiteers love to say that 17.4 million voted to leave last time but only 16.1 million voted to remain. The population of the UK is about 62 million.  The majority who voted to leave in that context is not nearly so much as it sounds.
To those of you who still believe that remaining in the EU is best for Britain, Best for Britain, People's Vote, For Our Future's Sake, Our Future Our Choice are worth looking at and signing their petitions.

Writing to your own MP, to Jeremy Corbyn, Leader of the Labour Party, Tom Watson, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, Keir Starmer Shadow Brexit Secretary, to Jo Swinson of the Liberal Democrats, to Caroline Lucas, Leader of the Green Party, to the new Leader of the Conservative party (probably Boris Johnson), to your local paper and national papers too, are all useful to spread your views.  Don't forget to be polite and when writing to MPs or newspapers it is essential to include your name and address.
Chatting to friends, teachers, club coaches, parents, workmates and anyone else you can think of will help to get your views heard and remember to ask them to sign this petition and share it with their contacts too.

The more people we can reach, the more likely we can do the right thing for the country and Remain and Reform in the EU.
