We the students at Basic Academy of International Studies, have been gracious hosts to the administration. Many among us work hard, delve into extracurricular's and performing arts, in the hopes that in 4 years, we can graduate and show that with our peers.

Our traditions are at stake.

The Senior walk is a tradition where the graduating seniors walk around the campus accompanied by the Drumline. This tradition has been around for a long time, and it's a chance for these seniors to be praised by their peers who will be in the same position in a few short years. It's something that's fondly remembered by many alumni.

Cords are at stake, namely activity cords that come from a sport or performing art. Students must push through this for four years, and it requires recognition. It's not easy to maintain a performing art/sport all through high school, while maintaining the GPA necessary to graduate.
