An International Ban on Bullfighting

The Issue

Bullfighting is an inhumane and sadistic activity where a cheering crowd witnesses a bull being repeatedly stabbed in its neck, leaving the animal in great pain before being given the "deathblow," which rarely kills the bull instantly, leaving it in even more pain.

Despite the activity being banned in some countries, we still see it in the news, and as of recently, a Spanish bullfighter named Victor Barrio was killed by getting his heart pierced by a bull in the bullring. It is therefore clear that bullfighting is still being practiced in the Western world, and due to it being animal cruelty in its purest form, it has to be stopped at all cost.

Just like humans have human rights, animals have theirs, and we should do everything in our power to make sure this stays true.

To solve this issue, I encourage everyone to sign this petition, so that the message reaches United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, who might be able to help make this change for good.
