The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario is offering their knowledge exams in 18 different foreign languages.  Farsi is NOT one of them.  

A quick comparison of the total number of people speaking these 18 foreign languages in the City of Toronto clearly proves that Farsi is more popular than 14 of the 18 languages listed by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.

Ministry of Transportation as a service provider is failing to accommodate the most recent Iranian immigrants who are hoping to write their MTO knowledge exams in Farsi.  

This is a clear case of Systematic Discrimination.  The Iranian - Canadian Community of Canada are demanding the Ontario Ministry of Transportation  to immediately take action and resolve this matter by offering their knowledge exams in FARSI.
