Problem
For years now we the residents of spotland rochdale have had to deal with all the alcaholics and druggies the council keep putting in redfern house they walk around staring at the kids scareing them standing half naked in the street after deficating themselves stopping where ever they want exposeing themselves to urinate everywhere in front of women and children and causing distress to everyone this needs to stop the police dont do anything lets hope this does

Solution
Close redfern house and put them somewhere else
